Excluding the five boroughs, we also offer full-service permit expediting solutions covering the state.  These include building permits, retail permits, and more. We have completed countless projects in Western NY, Central NY, Long Island, and more. Some of our projects include permit and entitlement packages for clients like Harbor Freight Tools, Under Armour, Bowlmor Lanes, The Shade Store, and Tesla.

Areas we cover:

• Western NY: We cover all cities in Western New York such as Buffalo, Jamestown, Hamburg, Dunkirk, Lakewood, and Lockport.
• Finger Lakes: We cover all cities in the Finger Lakes including Rochester, Brockport, Batavia, and Geneva, and more.
• Southern Tier: We cover all cities in the Southern Tier of New York including but not limited to Binghamton and Elmira.
• Central NY: We cover all cities in Central New York such as Oswego, Ithaca, Camillus, Syracuse, Auburn, and more.
• North Country/Upstate NY: We cover all cities in North Country including Watertown, White Plains, Bronxville, Potsdam, Plattsburgh, Elizabethtown, and more.
• Mohawk Valley: We cover all cities in the Mohawk Valley including Amsterdam, Rome, Fonda, Cooperstown, and more.
• Capital District/Tri-City Area: We cover all cities in the Tri-City area such as Albany, Clifton Park, Catskill, Queensbury, and Troy.
• Hudson Valley: We cover all cities in the Hudson Valley such as White Plains, Kingston, Bronxville, Central Valley, and the Poughkeepsie–Newburgh–Middletown metropolitan area.
• Long Island: We cover all cities in Long Island including Mineola, Garden City, Oyster Bay, Deer Park, Smithtown, Riverhead, and more.

We Do Not Cover:

• New York City: While we do work with national clients that are based out of New York city, we do not handle permit expediting projects in New York City. The regions in NYC that we do not cover include Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island.
